Orders under $250.00 will incur a $15.00 + GST delivery fee. Orders over $250.00 will be delivered free of charge within the Sydney metropolitan area.

All deliveries outside the Sydney Metro area will incur an at cost delivery charge dependant on the size of the consignment.
Orders for your next day delivery on your scheduled delivery day will only be acknowledged via this Ecommerce website. Next day delivery for any orders received via telephone, email, SMS text message, or smart phone messaging apps will NOT guarantee next day delivery
Due to out of stocks we cannot guarantee that your order will be completely fulfilled by the next scheduled delivery day however if an item is missing we will ensure you will receive it for your next delivery day or if not we will offer you a credit or full refund.
No minimum. Orders will be ready 2 hours after order has been placed. pickup between 8.30 am and 3:00 pm Monday to Friday & 9.30am to 11:00 am Saturdays.

Due to market fluctuations of grocery commodities prices are variable and subject to change and will be displayed on our website.
Credits will NOT be issue for Change of mind. A full credit or exchange will be provided for damaged or incorrect goods supplied. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods supplied are required to be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our office on 02 9544 8700 to discuss any returns. Credits may be deducted only once approved and you are issued with a credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will issue you a credit note. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
